App for Pilates studios ยท Reformer, Wunda, Wall and mat

The management app built inside a Pilates studio.

Every class has as many seats as machines. Members book on their phone, the waitlist fills cancellations and the invoice goes out on its own. It was born in, and runs every day at, two Pilates studios.

The problem

In a Pilates studio every seat is a machine. A last-minute cancellation is an empty Reformer and lost revenue, and booking over WhatsApp cannot keep up with the weekly grid, trial classes and instructor substitutions.

The solution

Studio App treats capacity as the number of machines and never exceeds it. Trials, bookings, cancellations, waitlist, payments and invoices are connected, and the team sees everything in one panel.

Designed for equipment-based Pilates

Capacity per machine, no overbooking

Two people for the same Reformer ruin the class and the trust.

  1. Set each class's capacity to the number of machines available.
  2. The app blocks bookings above capacity, for members and staff alike.
  3. Mark attendance per apparatus and everything is on record.

The rule is enforced by the system, not by someone remembering it.

The trial class that turns into a signup

Whoever tries and likes it needs to sign up on the spot, not "I'll call you".

  1. The prospect books the trial on the website, confirmed by SMS.
  2. After the class she signs up and pays by MB WAY or Multibanco.
  3. She gets access to the app and the invoice is issued automatically.

One trial per phone number, and you can cap how many fit in each class.

15paid online signups per week on average

Waitlist for full classes

The 6 p.m. classes fill up and cancellations leave machines empty.

  1. The member joins the queue of a full class with one tap.
  2. When someone cancels, the seat is offered to the first in line with a deadline.
  3. If she doesn't confirm, it moves to the next, even outside reception hours.

The deadline adapts to the class time and pauses overnight.

Frequently asked questions โ€” Pilates

Does it work for equipment Pilates and mat Pilates?

Yes. Every class has a capacity; in an equipment studio it is the number of Reformers or apparatus, in a mat class the number of mats or spots.

Can I run two Pilates studios?

Yes. The app runs in production at both Breath Pilates studios, in Maia and Gaia, with one member list and the calendar filtered by studio.

How do plans work?

By weekly frequency (for example 1, 2 or 3 times a week), with credits per 30-day cycle and discounted packs.

Can members book outside reception hours?

Yes, 24 hours a day in the app, and cancel up to 1 hour before class.

See it live: Breath Pilates runs on Studio App every day at its Gaia and Maia studios.

Want to see the app with your Pilates studio's grid?
